We currently ship framed artworks across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Order Processing
Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Packaging
Every framed artwork is securely packed using premium protective materials to safeguard it during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
RETURNS POLICY
We take great care in creating every artwork and hope you'll love what you receive.
Made-to-Order Products
Each artwork is printed, framed, and packaged specifically for your order. As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To process the replacement, the damaged artwork may need to be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be provided.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
